Flower Shop Hand Beaded Hobo

I ordered this as a replacement for my matching tote which I only had for two years and only used it in the fall through early winter seasons before the zipper broke, two of the metal teeth on the zipper came out plus there were loose strings! I contacted Mellow World who stated the bag was only warrantied for 1 year and that I should take it to a place that repairs items like mine. I stated that it would be less expensive to replace it as the repair it would need would cost just as much. Fortunately, Mellow World gave me a discount towards my purchase of a new bag which I used. So far, I'm happy with my new purse and I give high marks for customer service and for the bag arriving quickly. However due to my tote falling apart after only 2 years I can only give 4 stars due to the zipper breaking after so little use and such a short time.
